CaseLink Trust Center
API Terms
CaseLink APIs and automated workflows exist to support controlled research, imports, search, review, and public-source organization.
Effective: July 15, 2026
1. Authorized use
Automated access may be public or restricted. Users must not access restricted tools without authorization or attempt to bypass role checks, tokens, sessions, rate limits, or logging.
2. Automated access
Automated requests may be rate-limited, blocked, logged, or disabled to protect platform stability, source rights, user privacy, and case safety.
3. Imports
Source imports and API imports may contain public-source metadata, extracted text, agency information, case references, documents, locations, and review status. Imported data must be reviewed before being treated as verified.
4. No scraping restricted areas
Do not scrape admin pages, tickets, private leads, restricted documents, dashboards, user data, or non-public review workflows.
5. Changes and suspension
CaseLink may change API behavior, revoke access, rotate keys, suspend clients, or disable access points when needed for security, reliability, policy, or legal reasons.
