Law Enforcement Requests
CaseLink is an independent public-source research platform. It is not law enforcement and does not replace emergency services or official reporting channels.

1. Not an emergency channel
Do not use CaseLink as an emergency reporting system. Urgent threats, active crimes, endangered missing persons, or immediate safety information should go directly to emergency services or the proper agency.
2. Agency corrections
Agencies may request correction of public agency details, case status, contact information, duplicate records, source references, map locations, and other public case information.
3. Lawful requests
CaseLink may respond to valid legal process, court orders, preservation requests, subpoenas, or other lawful requests when properly submitted and verified.
4. Sensitive information
Private leads, tickets, account details, audit records, and restricted submissions are not public records simply because they exist in CaseLink. Access is reviewed according to law, safety, and platform policy.
5. Platform independence
CaseLink does not make official identifications, criminal findings, case closure decisions, or legal determinations.
